By placing an order with inMusic, you agree to the terms set forth below, as well as inMusic's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Please note that we currently only ship within the United States.

 

Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods and Delivery Schedules

FedEx Ground – estimated delivery within 5-10 business days after order is processed
FedEx 2nd Day Air – delivery within 2 business days after order is processed
FedEx Standard Overnight – next business day delivery when placed before 2PM ET

Order Processing, Restrictions, and Shipping Cutoff Times

All inMusic Brands, Inc. orders ship to the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Expedited shipping is not available for orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.

All orders placed after 2PM ET will be processed the next business day. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.  The following table shows information about US Holidays:

FedEx Ground and FedEx Express deliver to residential addresses on Saturdays. However, Sunday delivery is limited to certain locations.  Click here to see where FedEx delivers on Sunday.

Shipping Costs

We currently offer free ground shipping, as well as faster shipping options on the terms as stated during checkout. Shipping rates will vary and are subject to change.

Tracking your Order

You can track your order by using the FedEx tracking number sent to you by email. You can also access your tracking number by logging into your account and referencing your past orders.

Missing, stolen, or lost package

Title and risk of loss for all items purchased from inMusic passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. This means inMusic is not liable for late deliveries, stolen, lost or misdelivered products.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your inMusicstore.com order within 30 days of receiving the item*. Items returned within this window will receive a refund back to the original form of payment. We will not refund original shipping fees. Additionally, the shipping cost to return the item to us will be deducted from your refund. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse refunds for any items not in their original condition.

Defective Products

inMusic Store only sells new products. In the unlikely event you receive a defective product, please contact our support team here or by phone at (833) 302-2183. We will get your issue resolved quickly and to your complete satisfaction. If we determine the product's defect is under warranty and within 30 days of receiving the item, inMusic will pay the shipping costs to return the product to us and get a replacement out to you at no additional cost.

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please reach out to us here or call (833) 302-2183. If you qualify for a return, we will provide you with a pre-paid FedEx return label with further instructions. Please follow the provided instructions carefully to ensure a proper return.

Refund Processing

Once inMusic receives the returned merchandise, please allow 3-5 business days for the return to process and an additional 3-5 business days for you to see the credit posted to the original form of payment. Please note, if you are returning items on a payment plan the refund will be issued toward the remaining balance on that payment plan.

Due to health concerns and copyright laws, there are absolutely no refunds for the following items:

-Downloadable Software

-Any item that may come in contact with the mouth, ears or nose

New merchandise carries the original warranty issued by inMusic Brands, unless otherwise specified.
